I had seen adverts in local magazines for Castle Property Services who offered repointing as one of their services. I emailed Shaun explaining what I required. I received a reply very promptly.
On the agreed day, I had a phone call from Shaun saying he would be with me in 30 mins. Sure enough he arrived on time and said he would email a quotation. That evening email arrived with quote which I accepted, and a start date was offered and accepted.
The day before work was due to start, Shaun phoned and said he would be on site at 8am, by 8am he was at work. Shaun has done a very nice job of the pointing. His communication with me from start to finish has been excellent. The job and site were always left tidy.
