Castle Property Services is a repointing and brick repair specialist owned by Shaun Richards with expertise and experience spanning over 15 years. 

Shaun has built up CPS to offer a variety of work. 

His aim is to ensure each client gets the best possible result with a trustworthy and reliable service. 

CPS is based in Gosport, Hampshire and covers all surrounding areas from Lee on Solent, Fareham, Porchester and Portsmouth. Normally within a 20 mile radius.

    I had problems with pigeons nesting under my solar panels. The roofing company I had used before provided a solution (chicken wire) which didn't work! Shaun recommended a stronger solution of wire mesh which he fitted around my solar panels. Shaun has done a very nice job, even cleaning my guttering and solar panels. He even came back to check the birds hadn't managed to get back under the panels.

    I happy to highly recommend Shaun to fix your solar pigeon problems and anything else.
